Shout out to "Santa's Sick"

So I just wanted to let everyone know about my cousin's book, Santa's Sick. We just got to pick up a couple copies yesterday and it is one of the cutest Christmas books I've ever read. Ambree loves it and keeps saying she is going to write a book like Brooke when she gets older. It is a great little book about finding the true meaning of Christmas. Which leads me to... it has been hard for me to get into the Christmas spirit this year. I have no idea why. Maybe because November was so busy I didn't get to celebrate my fav-Thanksgiving. And now there is only 14 days until Christmas and I haven't really sat back and enjoyed it. I hate how life is so crazy these days. I even down sized my kids scheduled and it is still crazy. I am so thankful for my family and all they do for me. I am so thankful for my Savoirs atoning sacrifice. That he was willing to be born here on earth for us, knowing what he would be put through. Anyway, there are alot of creeps out there, but there are also so many special, wonderful people out there. So if anyone has any idea how to increase the Christmas spirit, I'm up for ideas- again!

I have a hard time every year getting into Christmas. Jerod always yells at me for it. This year i just went for it decided that i would have a positive attitude about it all. I think the secret is giving and not letting anyone know that you are doing it

Thanks for the book shout out! I have had a hard time this Christmas too. I'm kind of in the same boat as Elise, Hans yells at me for not being in the Christmas spirit too. I think it is hard because so many people have so little. It gets overwhelming, and then it is hard to be happy. You said it all though. There are so many things to be thankful for. Just like Elise said, giving, giving and giving!! You are the best Storm, thanks for all you are doing for everybody!
