Ambree's Baptism... and Thanksgiving

So this is a rather long slide show, but I took these pictures a couple weeks ago and there ended up to be a lot of cute ones... Anyway, interesting weekend with Thanksgiving at my house and then the baptism 2 days later. Lets just say quite a bit of cleaning and cooking got done in those 2 days. I am glad it is over. The baptism was GREAT! I just want to say thanks to all those who helped me out, Kristan especially, I was at her house for 5 hours- she helped me do a beautiful slide show with beautiful music that I will always treasure, she also was my pianist at the baptism. Terri- thanks so much for helping me with the food that day. To my family, Gary's family, and our friends that were so wonderful to support our family. Kadin as always gave a beautiful talk. I made it through mine, though it is kind of a blur-maybe I will have post-traumatic stress later! But it was such a great day. My girls sang- they were nervous and had never done anything like that and I am so proud of them. We had all of Gary's brothers there- we haven't seen Jody for quite a while so it was nice, my Grandma's- who I love so much! Brink and Karen, Mike and Montica, Kor and Bret,Kristan and Brooke, my brothers and sister, my parents, and Don and Terri. Steven our bishop was there, Becky and Brileigh from the primary, and brother Felberg set it up. I am so greatful for 5 years and 4 months ago we had another baptism that resulted in a big change in our lives. Aums baptism, she was so sure-thank goodness. It was the first time I had really felt the spirit so strong and from then on I knew where life should be headed. I do love this gospel with all my heart. I am so thankful for many things- most of all my kids, Gar, our families, friends, our jobs, our health. I am so thankful that this week is over! Thanks so much to everyone! Now we are on to Christmas and I am not having any parties! So if anyone else is and is having good food, we will accept invitations! Oh- I forgot the bad part of the baptism- Garek running around like a horse and talking loudly! I don't know what I'll do with this kid! I am sad I won't have anymore to do that in 5 years when he gets his turn. He is already saying he wants to get baptized. Oh and Thanksgiving was delicious- if not a little dramatic!
